Web design & content: Banfield Pet Hospital

The project

I led the creative direction and content strategy for the redesign of Banfield Pet Hospital’s careers website, aiming for a modern, user-focused experience that clearly communicated Banfield’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and supported high-volume talent acquisition needs.

The redesign balanced established brand guidelines with an interactive UX, introducing dynamic layouts, motion, and modular content that helped candidates quickly see themselves at Banfield. I partnered closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guide the vision from concept through launch, ensuring alignment across brand, compliance, accessibility and analytics.

Key features included:

  • A clearer EVP-led narrative that reinforced Banfield’s mission and culture

  • Interactive layouts and motion to create a more human, engaging experience

  • Role-specific pathways (veterinarians, vet techs, hospital staff, students) to reduce friction and speed up job discovery

  • Modular, on-brand pages that expanded the Talent Acquisition team’s toolkit
